James Cameron’s “Avatar: Fire and Ash” delivered an estimated $345 million global opening, including $88 million domestically, making it the second-largest worldwide launch of the year, trailing only Disney’s animated hit “Zootopia 2,” according to studio estimates compiled by Comscore.
