Alpha Cognition to delist from Canadian Securities Exchange (NASDAQ:ACOG)

Alpha Cognition (NASDAQ:ACOG) said that it will voluntarily delist its common shares from the Canadian Securities Exchange.

The shares will be delisted from the Canadian Securities Exchange at the close of trading on December 17, 2024.

The Company’s common shares will continue to trade on the Nasdaq under the symbol “ACOG”.
