AerSale announces secondary offering of 4M common shares (NASDAQ:ASLE)

AerSale (NASDAQ:ASLE) on Wednesday announced that selling stockholders, including affiliates of Leonard Green & Partners, intend to offer 4M shares of the company’s common stock in an underwritten secondary offering.
The selling stockholders expect to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 600,000 shares of common stock.
The selling stockholders will receive all the proceeds from the offering.
