- Aecon Group (TSX:ARE:CA) said on Thursday executive vice president and finance chief David Smales will step down effective January 26, 2024.
- According to the company, Smales had resigned to “pursue another leadership opportunity.”
- The company added it is considering all alternatives for Smales’ replacement.
